Thanks for reading my mini rant, and your kind comment. We both liked the person in question, but such an instant switch off on arrival did affect me a bit – we have so much positive feedback from “ordinary” visitors, it’s a real encouragement. But are gardens art? I like to think so – though they rarely get written about in this way.
Anyway, thanks again and best wishes and let’s hope it warms up soon, but I just read a French blog I follow where after temps of 27 degrees C they plummeted to minus 4 last night,and all the vines in the area have been wrecked for this year, which makes our weather issues quite minor in comparison,
